Large infringers have been pulling this charade for several years as they pose cardboard startups and ‘public’ interest groups which are in truth nothing more than ‘self interest’ levers of their Chinese style propaganda machines: that self interest being to pervert the patent system so they can rob and crush their small competitors. Why is it large infringers (thieves) are always so transparent when they try to conceal the truth? Do they really think people are that stupid? There is no end to the treachery of thieves. The bigger the theft, the bigger the thief and the more outrageous their lies. Why is it so many courts today allow this grand theft to continue and why does it take so long for their theft to be punished for the few who are?

Real inventors will tell you large multinational repeat infringers know little about invention. But they know a lot about invention THEFT. They have in no small measure built their fortunes on theft of our inventions. All their bills like AIA ever do is make it easier for them to rob and crush us. That’s why small entity issued patents and filed applications are now down to about 10% of their historical shares, if not less and still falling. The truth is our large competitor infringers make little or nothing in America while stopping the true creators of truly inventive technologies from doing so. Patents don’t hinder innovation, only theft of.

For example, according to the federal dockets of the 14 patent infringement cases Google has been a party to since Jan 2017, in every case they were a defendant. In all but 1 they were THE defendant. That’s pretty typical of the large multinationals pushing what they call patent ‘reform’. Apparently, no one uses all their thousands of patents or inventions, not even them. As we say, there are patents and then there are Patents. If not for a court and patent system that now enables and even encourages invention theft, we expect there would be far more suits they were a defendant in. But what’s the point in suing them when we only have a 3% chance of succeeding through appeal? Even then our damages in the rare occasion we do win are whittled down from a large oak tree by the CAFC to a match stick. Inventors would be better off if they used that to burn their patents for the little good they do us. Sure these large multinationals commercialize inventions…OURS! Don’t believe the lies of thieves.

But as Obama would say, “you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig”. Post issue administrative reviews are fatally flawed. They have and continue to deny due process and trial by jury -both inalienable rights. All they do is legalize theft and allow large infringers to rob and crush their small competitors. They must be abolished.

Together, these changes in legislative and judicially created laws have combined to severely weaken American property rights. As we say, show us a country with weak or ineffective property rights and we’ll show you a country with a weak economy and high unemployment. Sound familiar?

But without patents as we have seen elsewhere large firms are able to crush small competitors so that the result is NO competition. Think again.

Two things are of critical importance here. First, certain large universities have close ties with large multinational infringers (thieves). They often sit on the boards of those universities. Second, many university profs moonlight consulting for those same large multinationals. Are Hyman and Silver independent, or are they surreptitiously spreading the doctrine of theft for large thieving corps whose purpose is not to help the public, but rather to enslave and impoverish them?
