‘Patent system has been under attack’

‘The U.S. Patent system has been under attack for over 12 years and the resultant damage is extensive’

We agree. Patents are now far too hard, slow, and expensive for us to get, keep and enforce. When we have to fight for either we go out of business.

‘legalized extortion racket’

http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/technology/345495-our-legalized-extortion-racket-congress-must-take-on-patent

‘Our legalized extortion racket’

We checked the PTO’s web site -neither of the writers companies have any issued patents, so it seems all they know about patents is…they don’t have any.

Since when did protecting property in America become an ‘extortion racket’ and stealing it become an acceptable business practice? If defending our property makes us ‘trolls’, then call us all trolls. It appears these two are part of the large multinational propaganda campaign to gut property rights in America. When they can’t export jobs they import workers and displace Americans. That in good measure is why America can’t find a good paying full time job and why our college graduates have to work in jobs not in their fields of study. They’re saddled with tens of thousands in debt and low wage part time jobs.

“bad patents”

‘hearing on the effects of “bad patents”’

So say large multinational infringers (thieves). The problem is NOT the patents that are issuing, but rather those that are not. Meanwhile, Congress wastes so much time chasing specters and ignores the real problems. The patent system is in shambles and now shelters large infringers.

So long as some in Congress continue to wag their tails for and large infringers  orchestrate its sham hearings and shut out inventors we will get more of the same propaganda and the patent system will continue to be a sport of thieves.

‘Congress pushing for a stronger patent system’

http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/technology/345029-how-the-supreme-court-could-strengthen-the-patent-system

‘While it’s encouraging to see many in Congress pushing for a stronger patent system’

But what they are proposing will not meaningfully help inventors. Rather, they are pushing for more of the same patent deform Judge Michel talks about in his address which only weakens the patent system, except for large multinational repeat infringers and their partners in crime. In short, all their ‘reforms’ do is legalize theft of our inventions. The patent system has become worse than a sport of kings, it is a sport of thieves.

‘Sure, if I were a counsel at Google or a similar Silicon Valley company, I would want the weakest patent enforcement as possible.’

This hearing is typical -always lead by large infringers and their trade groups or lobbyists and never inventors. Who is the author working for? His bio does not state. We gather he is working for the same large multinational infringers (thieves) who have orchestrated the dismantling of America’s patent system with their Chinese style propaganda machine and destroyed property rights in America. Just because they call it ‘reform’ doesn’t mean it is. Don’t believe the lies of thieves.

‘rebuffed the iPhone maker’s…’

‘the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has rebuffed the iPhone maker’s request to review the patent’s validity’

Interesting. We wonder what percentage of small entity patent reviews are granted compared to large? We expect substantially more. That would in part explain why inventor patents and applications have so plummeted to only about 1/10th of their historical share. Patents are now far too hard, slow, and expensive for us to get, keep and enforce. That’s why it’s now child’s play for our large multinational competitors to rob and crush us and why America can’t find a good paying full time job -certainly not our recent college graduates in their fields.
