‘A Senate bill, the STRONG Act, is not really patent reform…’
plain English translation: this bill will not help us rob and crush our small competitors like AIA and all the others we have bullied or swindled into or through Congress
The truth is Strong is far more nearly reform by any honest definition (and it may get better) than AIA and all the others you reference which only legalize theft of small entity inventions and so they are the opposite of reform -they only make things worse by legalizing theft. Strong at least starts on the right foot and we are hopeful that when complete it or a similar bill will truly restore the patent system which is now wobbling mightily for small entities. Don’t believe the lies of thieves and their Chinese style propaganda machine. Just because they call it ‘reform’ doesn’t mean it is.
