‘manifestly undeserving claims…’

“examiners issue patents for manifestly undeserving claims”

All this reporter knows about patents is…he doesn’t have any. You’ll notice their site does not have a comment section for articles. Are they trying to block open public debate?

Talk with attorneys and inventors who have decades of experience and they’ll tell you the exact opposite. It’s not about the patents that are being issued, but rather those which are not. In their view Patent Office management is running the opposite extreme -complicit in unfairly and illegally denying small entities patents and revoking them when they attempt to assert against large infringers. It appears this reporter has been totally bamboozled by invention thieves. We wonder if he would call Edison, Bell and the Wright brothers scourges on poor helpless billion dollar corporate thieves. Then again, maybe he’s just been bribed and writes what he’s paid to. Maybe the Times is part of the corruption. Newspapers back in the 1800’s banded together to destroy inventor Samuel Morse because he wouldn’t play ball with them and cut them a special deal on telegraphs for their papers. Some of America’s biggest crooks have historically been in publishing. Who owns or controls the Times? Did someone pay to have this outrageously one sided piece published?

Don’t believe the lies of thieves and their Chinese style propaganda machine. Just because they call it reform doesn’t mean it is.
