But trade secret theft is already covered in state courts, plus trade secrets do not help the economy by public sharing of technological advances so one developer can build on another. Anyone know how to make a Stradivarius violin?
Also, few inventions are capable of being protected by trade secret. The rest will die with their inventors. This is just another bad idea likely promoted by large multinational invention thieves. Don’t believe their propaganda.
