‘Sessions fought the America Invents Act (AIA) on the Senate floor in September 2011’
Inventors disagree. He merely objected to a single provision in it which had no bearing on inventors. He had no further comment on the bill in opposition and in fact voted for it. He has cosponsored similar bills (Patent Reform Act) adverse to inventor property rights with Sen Leahy.
We politely bring this to the attention of Mr. Harter and note that he has as yet to change his article. In our view, this is a substantial error and very misleading.
Everyone should be aware that there are many interests in this issue. Many do not always align with inventors and property rights in spite of outward appearance. One should be aware of who funds, pays and controls. Thieves and their puppets will stop at nothing. Those who work for them say what they are paid to.
